Toko Academy is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Admin Assistant Intern to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a young graduate, NYSC member, or early-career professional eager to gain valuable hands-on experience in administration, communication, and organizational management.
Key Responsibilities
As an Admin Assistant Intern, you will support the management and operations team with:
- Internal and external communication – drafting emails, correspondence, and handling calls.
- Documentation and records management – organizing files, updating records, and ensuring smooth information flow.
- Financial tracking and basic reporting – assisting with expense logs, receipts, and reports.
- Customer service – attending to inquiries, following up with clients, and maintaining excellent relationships.
- Supporting management and operational tasks – assisting with day-to-day activities and team coordination.
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
Experience is not strictly required – we value potential, willingness to learn, and commitment.
